GROM
Here is a gelato from the world-famous GROM. But, so far, the Italians I’ve asked about gelato claim that they just have better marketing, not necessarily better gelato. I had some form of dark chocolate with cocoa from some tiny farm in Colombia or something…but it just tasted like chocolate. Still delicious though…
At some point I will make a gelato “megapost” since I have literally tried at least 20 of them so far….yummm…
You mean you didn’t notice the subtle flavor difference of local Piemontese milk from pure bred cows who eat only organic grass and are milked at precisely 04.05 a.m. by a young Italian virgin?
